Gossip Girl “I’m not Chuck Bass without you”

One of my favorite lines from Gossip Girl’s first episode of the third season “Reversals of Fortune” was Chuck Bass telling Blair Waldorf, “I’m not Chuck Bass without you.” For a character like Chuck Bass (Ed Westwick) who in the first two seasons didn’t think he could be serious or monogamous with a woman because he was “Chuck Bass,” this is so cool for Blair (Leighton Meester) and “Chair” fans in general. After playing a flirty game in the beginning of the episode where Chuck plays the cheating boyfriend and Blair plays the scorned woman, a few words from Serena (Blake Lively) [...]

Leighton Meester in white at the Emmy Awards

Leighton Meester, who plays Blair Waldorf on Gossip Girl, was a vision in white at the 61st Annual Primetime Emmy Awards. According to Just Jared, Meester, 23, wore a Bottega Veneta dress and clutch, Roger Vivier shoes and Cathy Waterman jewels. Meester and co-star Blake Lively (Gossip Girl’s Serena) presented one of the awards. (Click here for a list of winners)

Gossip Girl: Social Outcast Blair - Like It or Hate It?

So Blair threw a "fish party" but nobody wanted in, and then reserved the Monkey Bar but apparently free beer trumps Monkey Bar. She proudly proclaimed that nobody wanted greasy pizza and Vanessa's home movies when there's a sushi and sake party right in the other room plus wasabi facials but still no takers? What is this crazy universe that doesn't worship Blair Waldorf?

It's called college.

Even without the title at the top of the page, we all know whose freshman dorm shopping list would include items like "Anichini San Miguel throw" and Delonghi Esclusivo espresso and coffee maker."

I don't even know what half of these words mean, specifically. But they all DO mean one thing: Blair's not going to sacrifice class just because she'll be using communal showers!
