Jessica Szohr films scenes for Gossip Girl’s Season 3

Jessica Szohr was spotted on the Gossip Girl set Monday filming scenes for Season 3 in Battery Park in New York, New York. Szohr plays NYU college student Vanessa Abrams on the show. I wonder if this is a photo of Vanessa filming one of her documentaries? Szohr is wearing a long off-white sweater with an embellished front over jeans covered with a stylish beige jacket. I love the long sweater but I hate when a sweater like that snags! If you look closely at the photo, her sweater already has snags! What I love the most though is Vanessa’s leopard-print handbag. Things Hotting Up On Gossip Girl!

Did you watch the Season 3 premiere of Gossip Girl this past week? We sure did! Excitig times as usual on New York's Upper East Side! We noticed that as the series starts Jessica Szohr's character Vanessa is not with Chace Crawford's character Nate anymore, so we were surprised to see them shooting some intense looking scenes together! We were hoping it would not be the end for this hot couple!

Watch Gossip Girl SE03 EP02 The Freshmen Extended Preview

Blair (Leighton Meester) is determined to maintain her Queen B status in college as she embarks on her first day at New York University.

Unfortunately, Georgina (Michelle Trachtenberg) turns up as Blair’s roommate, and is determined to make Blair a social outcast.

Dan (Penn Badgley) and Vanessa (Jessica Szohr) are also enrolling at NYU, of course.

As Serena van der Woodsen (Blake Lively) prepares to go to Brown, she and Chuck (Ed Westwick) have a big-time falling out, so she recruits Chuck’s nemesis, Carter Baizen (Sebastian Stan), to help her get even.

Meanwhile, Nate (Chace Crawford) and Bree (JoAnna Garcia) decide to explore their relationship further, knowing full well it could cause tension between their families.

New CW Video Series to Accompany ‘Gossip Girl’

Gossip Girl star Jessica Szohr, who plays outsider Vanessa Abrams on The CW teen drama, is partnering with Dove to promote a new video series that will give viewers a peek into the real lives of four young women who lived in the same Manhattan hotbed as the Gossip Girl characters, while shedding light on real life stories about love, finances, juggling careers, family and friends, in hopes of encouraging all 20-something girls to live life with a fresh perspective and inspire others to follow their dreams.

“Many girls of my generation have lots to juggle when dealing with the pressures and stress of everyday life,” Jessica Szohr said in a statement. “Stories from these four real girls are amazing and inspiring. They have all taken risks and found success while following their passions. I hope their stories will encourage other girls today to look at their twenties in a fresh perspective and inspire them to pursue their own dreams.”

The video series, which is in commemoration of the launch of the new Dove go fresh Burst Body Wash, is called Gossip Girl: Real NYC Stories Revealed and will begin airing Monday, April 27 during the last four episodes of Gossip Girl this season.

This marks yet another effort of Dove’s five-year-old campaign for “Real Beauty,” which aims “to make more women feel beautiful every day by widening stereotypical views of beauty.”

“As the number one rated show among 20-something women, Gossip Girl gives us the perfect opportunity to share inspirational stories from four real girls who have taken risks to pursue their own life passions,” Kathy O’Brien, Dove marketing director, said in a statement. “We hope these stories encourage a new generation of women to view their lives in a fresh perspective and to define their own versions of success.”

Gossip Girl: Are Chuck and V Really Going To Get It On????

Short of Dan and Little J, Chuck Bass and V are the least two people on Gossip Girl who are possible to ever hook up. Right?

Well it looks like you are wrong. As you can see in the photo to the left, Vanessa and the Basshole are kissing in Monday’s all-new episode of Gossip Girl, “Remains of the J.”

Could such a possibly be an actual turn of events, or is it a some-what of nutty dream sequence? Maybe they are just letting Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr have a bit of fun?
